This recruitment drive is open for ITI pass candidates, Diploma holders, and B.Sc./B.Com graduates for apprenticeship training in various mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and accounts-related trades at the Mathura Refinery unit in Uttar Pradesh.   2. Visit the IOCL official website and open the Mathura Refinery Apprentice engagement notification.
  3. Apply for the relevant apprenticeship trade through the NAPS/NATS portal between 07 February 2026 and 20 February 2026.
  4. Fill and submit the additional Google Form link provided in the official notification.
  5. Use a valid email ID and mobile number, apply for only one trade or discipline, and keep a copy of the submitted application for reference.
