UPPSC Lecturer Recruitment 2025 For 1518 Vacancies
The Uttar Pradesh Public Service Commission (UPPSC) has released an official notification for Lecturer Grade (Male/Female Branch) Examination 2025 to fill 1518 vacancies across Government Inter Colleges in Uttar Pradesh. Out of these, 777 posts are in the Male Branch and 694 posts are in the Female Branch. The recruitment will be conducted through a Preliminary Written Examination followed by a Main Written Examination, with the final selection based solely on written exam marks. Eligible candidates must have a Postgraduate degree in the concerned subject along with a B.Ed. degree recognized by NCTE. The last date to apply online is 12th September 2025.

Education
Candidates must hold a Post Graduation degree in the relevant subject from a recognized university along with a B.Ed. degree approved by the National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Salary
Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary in Pay Level-8, ranging between ₹47,600 and ₹1,51,100/-.
Age Limit
Applicants must be between 21 and 40 years of age as of 1 July 2025. Relaxations in the upper age limit apply for reserved categories as per Uttar Pradesh Government rules.
