IIT BHU Recruitment 2026 for Assistant Professor Grade-I & Grade-II Posts

Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi has released Advertisement No. IIT(BHU)/FA/Special Drive/01/2026 for the recruitment of Assistant Professor Grade-I and Grade-II posts under a Special Recruitment Drive. The recruitment is open for eligible SC, ST, OBC, EWS, and Persons with Disabilities (PwD) candidates across various Engineering, Science Departments, and Interdisciplinary Schools. Candidates possessing a Ph.D. with First Class in the relevant discipline can apply online. Selected candidates will be offered appointments under the 7th CPC pay structure along with several academic and research benefits.
